I spearheaded the activation of the new Avison Young brand and took the initiative to educate our business partners and staff about our brand’s vision, voice, and tone. By demonstrating engagement, and creativity, and achieving tangible results, we reached an impressive 90% engagement rate in the West Region. This was accomplished through a targeted email campaign, surveys, and employee videos.
