Presentation strategy and visual storyteller lead for China Basin a 700,000 sf of space asset located in San Francisco, CA. I led the RFP and presentation efforts by creating a timeline, organizing team meetings, collaborating with the marketing team to develop materials, and working on the marketing strategy with the broker team. We delivered a high-quality RFP response, presentation, and marketing materials for the meeting with JP Morgan.
