I developed the branding and marketing campaign strategy for Lake Merritt Plaza to increase its awareness, market share, and occupancy rate. The brand story elevated and repositioned Lake Merritt Plaza as a world-class trophy building. As a result, we achieved a 90% occupancy rate, 100% client satisfaction, and 80% brand visibility for Lake Merritt Plaza.
